  Efficient very friendly staff. Had a nice car warmed up and ready. They picked me up and dropped me off from the body shop I was having my car fixed. I'd use them again!

  Typical Enterprise Rent-A-Car...Good service, good car. Returned car to the airport location...No problem with Emerald Club. Didn't get the type of car I reserved but the one I got was close enough. Have to lower expectations a little bit out of fairness. This little New Brunswick location isn't exactly LAX. Will rent there again for sure.

  Last time I rented a vehicle from Enterprise, they called 1 week ahead to ensure the reservation was still needed as they knew they would be busy. On the day of the vehicle pick up, they had absolutely no vehicles. I had to wait 6 hours for a vehicle. They were friendly, however.

  When it comes to car rentals, these folks care about customer service. I've been renting cars here for work for about 5 years. They're always professional. When they're a problem, they jump to action to fix it. They make their customers feel appreciated. Clean cars, they pick you up and there's the Enterprise Plus program to earn free rentals too.
