    So either I did not order properly, or the system has problems. But clearly, it is not reliable or does not give the consumer enough information to place an order completely.

    I tried to place a second order, and then phoned the store to see if they received the order. It did not work a second time.

    After waiting in line for 10 minutes yesterday, they finally took the order. Sold out of Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Oriental Party Pack, Coconut Shrimp etc. You'd think at Christmas Time (busiest time of year) they'd be stocked up, apparently not.

    I recently discovered that M & M had an online order system. We are supposed to select the items and quantity we want, indicate when we wish to pick up the items regarding time and date ( no less than two hours), provide our phone number, then submit the order. I did this, then went to the store 6 hours later only to learn that they had never received my order.

    Returned today and they still have no popular items and no ETA on when they'll be in. They were busy calling people who did online orders to inform them that "certain items " aren't available. It has definitely increased Costcos shrimp & party platter sales today.
