  The doctor and staff at this location are fantastic. Truly care about your eye health and helping you find great glasses. I was very impressed and pleased that I chose to visit this office.

  At 4, most of employees dealing with garbage and clean the shop... (my appointment was at 3.40) and when I asked to one of them about my appointment, he told me: sorry I can't now!

  ble time getting her glasses. We were told it would be 7-10 working days. after two weeks we called & was told they just needed to pass quaility control.A week later we called again & was asked to call back in two days.When we did they said they didn't know why it was taking so long. About a week later we received a call that the glasses were in. My wife went to pick them up but there was a stripped screw in one of the arms.They said they would order in new frames but it might take two weeks. It's been about three weeks & still no call. First order was made Nov 09/2016 & it is nowDec 24/2016 & still waiting! Not Happy!!

  They ordered my glasses incorrectly, denied making a mistake, wouldn't apologize and expected me to pay to get the mistake fixed. I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me post with zero.
