    Worst experience I've had in a hotel in years. We arrived there and nobody would talk to us for 2 minutes. A guest services lady kept staring at the computer until someone behind her decided to pay attention to us. The room wasn't ready after check in time because someone got sick and they were behind. Then, the system was down and a staff member had to walk us to the room every time we wanted to go in. Need I say more?

    My stay at the comfort in was reasonable, the room was clean and smelled good, the bed was good and everything worked. The area is great with everything you need close by, Starbucks, food, mall, and much more. So my stay was an ok experience, I did however find the halls smelt like smoke and the parking lot was icy. I fell once and came close on a few trips out which is why I didn't give 4 stars.

    Great staff and accommodations except for the room heat took 1/2 the might to warm up!

    Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was great and lots of bathroom supplies. I would recommend this to friends passing through St John
